Our services directly impact the health and safety of the patients by providing healthcare facilities with top-quality linen services. We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need. This role supervises production employees at the Kingston, PA Division of HCSC-Laundry. Responsibilities include employee orientation and training, employee relations/communications, safety, and monitoring workflow, and daily scheduling of employees within specific departments to match and maintain workflow. Additional duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
*Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer
*Communicates production issues to management
*Supervises, orients & trains employees
Experience and Education:
*Bachelor degree or combination of education and experience
*Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills
*Problem solving skills
*Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Hours: 1st shift Hours. Occasional weekends required.
