What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Specialist I position at Hospital Sisters Health System?

Summary

Provides basic support for all colleague and patient break/fix or request issues related to hardware, networking and software applications. Provides courteous and timely support within Service Level Agreement standards.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Associates degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

 

Experience

1-2 years of customer service, healthcare, or information technology experience is preferred.
