Team Lead-Grounds

The Team Lead-Grounds oversees and performs a variety of landscape activities, lawn maintenance and seasonal preparation, as well as provides support for the department. Works closely with the director/manager to plan, implement and facilitate the work activity of the unit to accomplish goals and objectives. Assists the management team with colleague actions including, but not limited to, hiring, discipline and corrective action. May rotate different hours, shifts, and/or assignments, as well as be called in during emergencies to provide adequate coverage. Provides input regarding colleague productivity and assists the director/manager in evaluations.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience

3 years groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or related experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Valid Driver’s License is required.
