Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated emergency care team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and provide post-care guidance.
- Respond to billing inquiries and track patient complaints professionally.
- Manage nurse calls and patient messages with timely, knowledgeable communication.
- Fulfill documentation duties, including maintaining charts and employee records.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations and internal accountability structures.
- Assist with daily operational responsibilities and uphold a patient-first approach.
Qualifications
- Associate degree and LVN certification required.
- Previous direct patient care and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Current unrestricted driver's license.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
- Flexible availability to meet departmental scheduling needs.
