Job Description
Hospitality HR Consultants Inc. is a premier hospitality staffing agency providing professional staff to luxury hotels, country clubs, golf clubs, yacht clubs, and private events.
We are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, Dishwashers, Chefs, and Event Support Staff for upcoming events and ongoing opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible scheduling, professional environments, and growth opportunities.
Schedule Options
- Part-Time: Friday – Sunday
- Full-Time: Wednesday – Sunday
- Weekend availability required
Pay & Benefits
- First 3 events (probation): $16/hour
- Experienced Servers: up to $20/hour
- Bartenders & Event Managers: starting at $25/hour
- Cash tips on-site depending on service (not guaranteed)
- Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
- Free transportation to and from events
Requirements
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Uniform compliance required
- Hospitality experience preferred (training available)
Important Information
- This is a 1099 independent contractor, on-call position
- Work is not guaranteed
- Holidays are required unless approved in advance by the CEO
- No time-and-a-half pay on holidays
