What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner/Busser position at Hospitality Management Corp?
The Altland House is currently seeking food runner/bussers for our Abbottstown, PA location.
Communicates with kitchen staff and servers to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsible for garnishing, traying, and serving meals in a timely fashion. Ensures all special orders are executed properly before meals are taken from the kitchen.
Removes dirty plates, utensils, and glassware as needed between courses and at the end of the meal. Replaces utensils as needed for next course.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Filling, labeling, and dating all condiments, etc. needed for service.
Stocking glassware, plates, silverware as needed.
Trash removal and clean up at the end of the night.
