What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel General Manager position at Hospitality Services?
Continue your career in hospitality with Hospitality Services in Bemidji, MN . We are looking to bring in a new General Manager to lead our team in Bemidji. Pay is negotiable based on experience, and GM's qualify for bonuses based on financial performance of the property. Bonuses do not have a top cap, and have exceeded $20,000 in previous years. GM's also qualify for PTO after 1 year and a very high quality Health Insurance plan after 60 days, and monthly gas stipend for each completed month.
The hotel is currently exceeding target for financial performance for the 2023 year. Brand Training provided by hotel. Some travel may be required for trainings, or semi-annual brand conventions (travel expenses paid).
Strong Computer skills, time management, and leadership skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
