The ideal candidates would have the necessary skills to step into a busy reservations department and become productive members of the team. Successful candidates must be comfortable sitting and communicating by phone for the majority of their shift, answering a high volume of incoming calls and doing so while speaking politely and professionally. A friendly personality and professional appearance with excellent communication skills are required. Located on Cowells Beach, adjacent to the wharf and historic Beach Boardwalk, Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is ideal for exploring Santa Cruz and has views of Monterey Bay from every room.
