Job Description:
- Operation of Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment.
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of floors, walls, drains, shelves.
- Proper labeling, rotation, and organization of product in walk-in cooler, prep room, and dry storage.
- Follow Marzoni’s recipes to standard to prepare quality product.
- Follow Preparation Par Level Sheets to maintain proper production and control food waste.
- Document Food waste and alcohol used in production.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
