What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Prep position at Hot Tuna Sushi Bar and Grille?
Looking for a part-time Dishwasher/Prep who's available for lunch shifts (10am-2pm) and some dinner shifts starting at 4PM weekdays and 3PM weekends. No experience is required!
Responsibilities
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
- Minimal food prep for kitchen
