The Account Associate, Employee Benefits plays a vital role in supporting the Employee Benefits Team at the Lubbock branch by working closely with the Account Manager(s) and/or Account Executive(s) to ensure smooth operations and a high level of client support.

Role Summary
The Account Associate, Employee Benefits plays a vital role in supporting the Employee Benefits Team at the Lubbock branch by working closely with the Account Manager(s) and/or Account Executive(s) to ensure smooth operations and a high level of client support.
What You Will Do
- Support carrier implementation and renewal processing
- Manage day-to-day service account requests
- Create and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation
- Assist with client material creation
- Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing
- Handle local office and department administrative responsibilities
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required in leu of experience
- A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
- Desire to learn and grow in the employee benefits field
