Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Welcome guests to the property.
- Provide assistance in and out of vehicles for all guests.
- Clearly explain parking procedures; provide useful information and assistance as needed.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property / city events, amenities, and outlets.
- Successfully load or unload luggage to bell cart and deliver to rooms when requested.
- Communicate and partner with other departments as applicable in supporting the guest experience.

Requirements
- Must be a passionate people person, as this job is highly interactive and requires superb customer service skills.
- Friendly and warm demeanor, excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask while maintaining poise.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
- Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 60 pounds occasionally.
