Our Expectations & Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in a full-service restaurant as a server.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu items, food and beverage service, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a successful service.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be punctual and reliable, arriving at work on time and ready to work.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Must have an ownership-driven mentality and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
