YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As part of the Banquet Set Up & Take Down team, you will set up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment for banquet space following set-up diagrams provided.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles
- Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed
- Follow health and safety practices at all times
- Respond promptly to any guest request
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
- Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
- During set up, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
- Once banquet is complete all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment to put back in storage and re-set for next event according to directions on BEO or given by manager
- Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Experience and/or Training
- Must be 15 years or older
- Some level of management skills desired
- Refined verbal and written communication
- Be able to keep up with a fast paced environment
- Be able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Stand and/or walk entire shift
- Must be available nights and weekends
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
