Human Resources Coordinator – Halekulani and Halepuna HotelTo be a successful Halekulani Human Resources Coordinator, an individual must be detail-oriented, organized, resourceful and a team player for his/her role. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Human Resources division and guidance and coordination in the consistent application of policies, procedures and practices of Human Resources. Duties include fostering positive team work by working closely within the Human Resources division to review processes and office suggestions to promote change, establishing, developing, maintaining and updating the filing system for the department. Other duties include assisting in benefits, recruitment, safety and training. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related position in a hotel required. Bachelors in Human Resource Management preferred. Must have ability to be detail-oriented, organized, communicate effectively with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, multi-task with multiple projects and processes and always maintain positive guest relations at all times. Able to maintain high level of confidentiality, professionalism and demonstrate superior customer service. Strong proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Ceridian Dayforce, and other HR-related programs preferred. Able to transport objects up to 40 lbs, maintain stationary position for up to 8 hours throughout work shift, endure various physical movements throughout work areas and reach 5 feet.Any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position will be considered.
