Join the HOTWORX Grafton Team! We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio. The first ever implementation of 3 dimensional training. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy & Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited classes for our members. We have a suite of classes from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle (10 total) led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
HOTWORX Grafton is looking to grow our team and interviewing for the next rockstar Trainer/Sales associate responsible to introduce this innovative fitness studio concept to the Grafton and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the HOTWORX Grafton studio, including meeting sales goals, scheduling, staff management, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere, addressing member inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth, including implementing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting community outreach, and fostering partnerships with local businesses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of training sales associates
- Monitor and analyze studio performance, including revenue, attendance, and member retention, and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe facility by overseeing maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Foster a positive and motivating culture within the studio, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition, and recommend innovative ideas and improvements to enhance the member experience and studio offerings.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and financial forecasts, and work closely with the ownership team to meet financial and member satisfaction metrics.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency across all operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and marketing experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends, best practices, and competition.
- Proficient in using computer software and social media.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
Additional Compensation:
- Monthly sales commission and bonuses
- Annual bonus based on studio performance
Hours:
- Saturday with possible weekday fill ins.
- 5-7 hours per week.
