• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
• Supervise junior staff members when required, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
• A proactive approach to sales with an emphasis on upselling techniques.
