We're looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to be a leader in our pack. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising and leading the team of kennel assistants, ensuring they provide exceptional care and service to our furry clients.
Responsibilities:
· Supervising and leading a team of kennel attendants to provide exceptional care to dogs of all sizes and breeds
· Ensuring all kennel attendants are following established protocols and procedures for cleaning and dog management
· Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
· Maintaining a clean and safe kennel environment
· Administering medication to dogs as directed by their owners
· Providing lots of love and attention to our furry guests
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Must have your own reliable transportation
· Must have FULL availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays for a total of 35-40 hours/week
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and basic computer skills, be highly organized, on-time, and reliable.
· Must have a passion for working with animals
· Previous experience working in a dog daycare or kennel, and in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
· Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
· Good communication and leadership skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willing to clean up after dogs all day long (You know what we mean)

· Must have your own reliable transportation
· Must have open availability weekdays, weekends, and holidays for a total of 35-40 hours/week with potential for increased hours
· Must have a passion for working with dogs
· Previous experience working in a dog daycare or kennel is a plus
· Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a pack
· Willing to clean up after dogs all day long (You know what we mean)
