Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation starts at $11./hr and rises quickly with exceptional performance. We have two locations and are looking for someone who can work at both.
Some front desk duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking dogs up and down a flight of stairs to the salon.
- Checking in and out all dogs as they come and go.
- Manage incoming calls and booking appointments.
- Maintain an organized front desk/lobby area and ensure it is presentable at all times. .
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Working in the daycare with dogs when downtime at the desk.
