What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Stager position at House Warmers Staging and Interior Design?

The House Warmers Staging and Interior Design is looking for a self-motivated, organized and creative Home Stager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is not only going to be our lead home stager but someone who is looking to become a partner in the business. To be successful in this position, we need someone who is knowledgeable in the interior design world, business background is a bonus, and someone with new fresh ideas for the company. We are a boutique staging company out of the Santa Clara area primarily staging homes in the San Jose Area but range from all over the Bay.

Responsibilities:

  • Design stages using our inventory
  • Deliver items and coordinate with our moving team
  • Install staging items
  • Manage day to day warehouse operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field (home staging, interior design, or other related fields)
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong networking skills to expand business connections
  • High School diploma or GED, and College degree (preferably in related field but not required)
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written, with clients and other vendors
  • Good physical condition: Ability to walk, stand, lift, bend, kneel, climb a latter
  • Licensed driver who has access to with a car and the willingness to commute to each job throughout the bay area

Salary:

15% of the price of the stage per stage. Staging prices range from $1,500 to $10,000 per stage. $20-30 an hour (depending on experience) for other admin hours

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • On call

Experience:

  • Home Staging: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
