Position Title: Full time or Part time Executive Housekeeper
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours); or 3 days/week (25 hours)
Rate/Benefits: $40/hour, discretionary bonus, mileage reimbursement
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detailed Executive Housekeeper to support a busy woman based in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of everyday tasks, including detailed cleaning, organizing, running personal errands and meal prep. This can be either a full-time position or part time, offering flexible hours to accommodate the needs of both the employer and the assistant. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to use eco-friendly cleaning products. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to travel to a secondary residence in Saluda, VA, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Perform full cleaning, including deep cleaning, throughout the home.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish silver.
- Care for fine fabrics, linens, and delicate household items.
- Organization:
- Maintain and organize household spaces, including closets and storage.
- Take inventory of household supplies and restock as needed.
- Errands & Meal Prep:
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, returning items, and other household tasks.
- Prepare light meals as requested.
- Travel:
- Travel to the secondary residence in Saluda, VA, when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Expertise in caring for fine materials, fabrics, and valuable items.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professional, reliable, and discreet.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
