Nanny

Job Title: Live-In Nanny

Location: Culver City, Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12 hours per day

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour

Job Summary: A loving and energetic family in Culver City, Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live-In Nanny to care for their two children, ages 1 and 3. The ideal candidate will be passionate about childcare, responsible, and able to create a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of the children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for a 1-year-old throughout the day.
• Prepare the 3-year-old for school and drive them to and from school (located close to the family home).
• Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities, both educational and recreational.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children by following recipes and steaming vegetables.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, including tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, and organizing toys.
• Manage the children’s laundry, ensuring clothes are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves working with children.
• Ability to follow simple cooking instructions and recipes.
• Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks efficiently.
