Private family looking hire an Energetic and Organized Live- In, M-F, Housekeeper/Cook in Palm Beach FL!
The Ideal Candidate: Candidate will be proactive, works efficiently, gets tasks done in a timely manner, has a positive attitude and can mesh in well with the family. Someone who is mature and polite. Daily duties will be basic housekeeping tasks. They have a company come in for deep cleaning. Someone who can keep the house maintained in between deep cleans, make breakfast/coffee, laundry, make beds, clean up bathrooms and rooms, Grocery shop, prepare dinner, and then clean up after dinner. There is an emphasis on cooking- someone who enjoys grilling is required. The family enjoys grilled meals. They have no pets. Their children are grown and out of the home. Hiring as soon as they find the right fit. GRILLING required. SPANISH speaking required.
**Live in accommodations will be private room and bathroom**
What Works Best for Family: Spanish speaking needed but also good English. Adaptable and can take good direction, has a proactive attitude, take initiative to get things done, needs to be quick thinking and work quickly. Enjoys cooking and grilling
Requested Duration: As long as possible.

- Driving: Required- car provided

Position Requirements
- Work Hours: - Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM with a mid day break
- Languages: Spanish, English
- Experience: 5 Years of Experience
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation
- Salary: $80,000-$95,000 (Please let us know your salary requirements if higher)
- Living Accommodations: Live in
- Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
