ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Creative & Strategy Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. You’ll work directly alongside the founder and creative team on real client projects, internal brand development, and campaign ideation.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, branding, and strategy, and is eager to explore both the creative and operational sides of running a modern agency. This internship isn’t about where you’ve worked before; it’s about how you think, how you move, and how willing you are to step into a growing brand.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Branding Support
- Assist in the development of brand identity systems and visual strategy
- Contribute to design projects across web, social, and print platforms
- Support the creation of pitch decks, client presentations, and mood boards
- Conduct brand, market, and competitor research to support client strategy
- Participate in social media content planning, copywriting, and asset design
- Help organize, prep, and support brand activations, photo shoots, and events
- Edit photos using tools like Lightroom and Photoshop
- Create social graphics, advertisements, and branded templates
- Assist with design rollouts, vendor communication, and branding launches
- Collaborate with the President of Branding and Design on ongoing projects
Administrative & Executive Assistant Support
- Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during client and internal calls
- Maintain project timelines and task tracking via platforms like Monday.com
- Support email correspondence and assist with inbox organization
- Conduct vendor and event-related research as needed
- Manage and organize client folders, creative assets, and internal files
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to the team
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES WE VALUE
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Comfort working with and building within brand guidelines
- Strong eye for elevated, modern design
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication
- Experience with Canva, though preference will be given to Adobe
- Basic knowledge of social media content planning and scheduling
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to contribute to both creative and operational tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in design, marketing, communications, or a related creative field
- Strong interest in branding, visual storytelling, and creative entrepreneurship
- Clear communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who thrives in both structured and flexible work environments
- Must be based in Chicago or able to collaborate in person at least weekly
- Must be available from May through August 2025
