Community Manager

Housing Visions is growing again and we need great people to join our team! Location would be split with 3 days at our Rome office located at 427 S. James St and 2 days at our Utica office located at 1229 Kemble St. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Pay Range is $19-$22/hr.

Responsible for  the day to day operation of the assigned community including marketing, leasing units, collecting rents, meeting the needs of tenants and consistent curb appeal through preventative and appropriate maintenance.  Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, Housing Visions policies and procedures, priorities and values. Effectively communicate significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Regional Property Manager.
