Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Provisional Licensed Therapist at Houston Heights Therapy in Houston, TX. The Provisional Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The therapist will be responsible for attending staff meetings, supervision sessions, and onboarding training prior to seeing clients.
Qualifications
- Clinical Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning skills
- Individual and Group Therapy skills
- Knowledge of Counseling Techniques and Interventions
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Ethical Standards
- Active Provisional Licensure in Texas (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience and/or interest in working with diverse populations required

Salary : $30 - $50
