DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance, service, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 tons
- Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with the company's quality and safety standards
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
- Meet Individual and team goals and metrics
- Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance and diagnosis of air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
- Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
- Possess strong Low-voltage and Refrigerant trouble shooting ability
- Experience in airflow troubleshooting and ductwork installation.
- Experience in brazing, and proper closed system procedures
- Experience in zoning, ductless, communicating and variable capacity HVAC Equipment
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
- Experience in servicing/installing HVAC equipment a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit or balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
- Moderate exposure to physical risk
- Work is performed in residential properties which may include attics, garages, crawl spaces and roof tops
