Howell’s is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatch to join our team of professionals.
The Customer Service Representative / Dispatch will be the primary point of contact with the customer, and will build and maintain a solid relationship based on responsiveness and trust. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player with a professional, take charge attitude.
HVAC background/experience preferred.
Responsibilities include receiving, scheduling, dispatching and clearing all customer service appointments related to the servicing and maintenance of their HVAC equipment.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma/GED
1 years customer service experience
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Excellent Computer Skills
Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful work environment
Organized with an ability to multi-task
Superior communications skills
No more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years
Must be CPR and First Aid certified or agreeable to become certified
Must submit to a drug screening and background check
