HPM Building Supply in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Sale Manager. The Sales Manager, in partnership with the Branch/General/Regional Manager, leads the sales team in a geographic region to expertly serve customers, maintain high standards and meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager ensures correct staffing levels, and is responsible for hiring, training, and providing guidance to sales team members. We work with people who live and breathe building materials, so we need someone that is ready to be the hero they need!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven results in outside sales for five years.
- Valid driver's license.
- Two years of management experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and provide a takeoff.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
