HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Physician Compensation Analyst provides professional support in the development, implementation and maintenance of physician wage & salary administration; consult with assigned areas to provide guidance and interpretation of physician and compensation policies and programs. Provides routine reports and supports physicians, APRNs and PAs. Demonstrates administrative leadership and other stakeholders regarding compensation levels and projections. Interprets, analyzes and implements compensation arrangements in provider employment
agreements based on established organization protocols and methodology. Conducts benchmarking and data analysis to formulate recommendations that ensure competitive, cost-effective and legally compliant physician and APC compensation programs and practices. Evaluates opportunities for process improvement and introduction of best practice methodologies.
Conduct market and standard process research to formulate and support compensation recommendations. Prepares and distributes quarterly compensation and productivity reconciliation summaries for providers
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
EDUCATION
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Three years of experience in a healthcare business or accounting setting. Three years of physician compensation experience. Expert level proficiency in data analysis using the
Microsoft Office Suite and/or other compensation technology applications.
