Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking a Full-Stack Java Engineer with a TS/SCI Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP) to support high-impact, mission-focused programs in Northern Virginia. This is an entirely onsite position in Herndon, Reston, and Chantilly, VA.
Position Description: Join a fast-paced mission team developing full-stack solutions integrating advanced data processing, analytics, and user interfaces. This role involves building microservices, APIs, and front-end applications that support analysts, operators, and mission stakeholders. You'll work in a secure, cloud-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, DevOps, and UX professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based back-end services
- Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Create and consume RESTful APIs, write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
