Responsibilities:
· Assist in the selection, hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, and training of nursing personnel.
· Monitor nursing care and services provided by nursing personnel.
· Monitor the resident assessment process and development of plan of care.
· Monitor and coordinate nursing activities on all shifts.
· Assist with nursing care.
· Other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
· Current registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing with Missouri
· Minimum 2 years experience in the health care field
· Preferred one year supervisory or management role in the health care field
· Possess leadership skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
