What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at HRW Companies, LLC?
We are looking for a responsible maintenance manager to lead our facility’s day-to-day maintenance operations. Harold and Louise Assisted Living is licensed as an Assisted Living Facility II and accommodates up to 98 residents. We are inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health.
Our organization is family-owned and proud to carry on a legacy of caring for people. We provide a safe and pleasant home for adults with mental illness. We strive to go beyond the norm to provide a better quality of life. Your job will be to ensure all maintenance operations are completed in accordance with our company’s policies and regulatory guidelines. The maintenance manager must have a high level of technical knowledge and be able to adapt each day to the needs of the facility and residents. Furthermore, as the leader of the department, one must always be on-call.
