Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Developer Location: Bay Area, CA Job Type: Contract
Position Overview:
The Oracle NetSuite Developer will design, develop, and maintain customizations, scripts, and integrations within the NetSuite platform. This role requires strong technical skills and a deep understanding of NetSuite architecture to optimize workflows and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customizations, workflows, and SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.0) within NetSuite.
- Integrate NetSuite with external systems using SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlets, and third-party APIs.
- Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and reports to support business intelligence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement best practices for NetSuite configuration, data management, and user training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10 years of experience with Oracle NetSuite development.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with NetSuite modules like Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- NetSuite certifications (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NetSuite integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Background in the financial industry.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM best practices and data governance.
