HSI is rapidly growing and we are looking for amazing Business Development Representatives to join the most fun team in the organization.

This is a remote position to be based in the continental US. Equipment provided.

Essential Functions 

  • Make calls to prospects for new business discovery. 
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, developing and nurturing connections/relationships with prospects by phone or email. 
  • Accurately communicate the value of our products and services. 
  • Gather valuable qualifying information from prospects.
  • Schedule consultations for prospects with Account Executives.
  • Maintain and accurately manage Salesforce and Salesloft activities, and activities related to other business tools.
  • Support team members and other associates. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota objectives for setting sales-qualified appointments.  
  • Operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism, conducting yourself in a way that builds trust and credibility.
  • Work under general supervision, but a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, initiative,
     and creativity is required.    
  • High School Diploma required. College degree or relevant work experience preferred. - We do recognize there are various educational pathways and encourage anyone who believes they are qualified to perform the essential job functions to apply. We review and consider all applications.
  • 1-2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, Account Development, or Sales, with B2b SaaS (software) category experience preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, self-aware, and disciplined.
  • A competitive mindset with a desire to win and a willingness to be coached.
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently.

This role has hourly plus commission (uncapped). Year one year earning potential (hourly commission) is $60K

Salary : $60,000
