About Benefit Representative's Position:
This is a 100% Remote job. The working hours are Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm (approx.) and Saturday shift 8am to 12pm.
Be apart of a growing team looking for Representatives with great customer service skills for one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation for over 65 years! The Company is expanding in multiple territories and in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals.
As a Representative of the company, you will be the bridge between us and the customer. You'll have the choice to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure. A training program that promotes from within, designed to give you full control of a successful career path with the company from day one.
Representatives do not cold-call or solicit for clients; instead, we have a public relations department that has connections with over 44,000 groups across the US and Canada and we help provide them with supplemental benefits.
