Job Summary:
The role of the Sales Executive has two primary responsibilities.
Researching, qualifying, prospecting, and closing new ideal work for Hub labels through Hubs sales process.
Managing, growing and analyzing current accounts through Hubs sales process.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Management of key accounts, building rapport and discovering growth opportunities
- Prospecting for new business, using social media, attending trade shows, and networking events
- Ability to develop account plans and hit budgeted targets
- Ability to lead conversations with top decision makers and multiple decision makers
- Understand market conditions, trends and customer drivers to position Hub Labels for growth
- Manage all accounts assigned using Hub Labels sales process and CRM tool
- Identify and deliver new opportunities using Hub’s ICP criteria within defined markets helping to drive profitable growth.
- Provide Executive Management with detailed sales plans, customer overviews and monthly updates on progress.
- Performs any other duties that meet the mission and values of Hub Labels
- Participation in all HOP programs and events
- Adherence to Hub Labels safety rules and regulations, this includes wearing steel toed shoes and other PPE protection if applicable
Required Skills/Abilities:
Highly skilled in the ability to ask questions in selling situations and follow a sales process.
Must have the ability to write effective communications such as letters, memos, e-mails, and reports
Use of standard computer software, Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
Should be centrally located near Hagerstown with the ability to make customer visits and occasional overnight travel
Effective communication skills with internal customers and other departments is critical
Must be self-motivated, organized, and display strong attention to detail
Must be able to work under pressure and meet job related deadlines
Be able to consistently produce at a high level with little supervision
As needed, occasional overnight travel
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication or combination of education and experience
Previous experience working in the printing industry is desired
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
While performing this job the employee is regularly required to walk, talk and hear.
The employee is frequently required to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods.
Occasional lifting and movement of objects weighing up to 20 pounds is required.
Occasional day-trips to customer’s sites or to training locations may be required.
A significant amount of time is spent seated, working with a computer, fax, copier, and telephone.
The work environment is that of a normal office with adequate lighting, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning.
Occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, moderate to extreme exposure to heat or cold, as well as, exposure to moving equipment and other hazards.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

3-5 years of outside sales experience
Previous experience working in the printing industry is desired
