This person will lead our Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Healthcare, and Living Wisdom Center for Dementia with vision, compassion, and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure the highest standards of care including Assisted Living, Dementia, Healthcare, Rehab, and Independent Living,
- Lead with integrity and compassion, fostering a positive and respectful work culture.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Supervise and support department heads, ensuring operational efficiency across all teams.
- Collaborate with families, residents, and staff to ensure satisfaction and quality of life.
- achieve strong financial performance, prepare budgets, and steward human resources.
- Drive census growth and robust resident community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Current, active LNHA license in Indiana.
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing , long-term care, or Assisted Living.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff management.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for resident-centered care and team development.
