Hubbell Incorporated engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of electrical and electronic products in the United States and internationally. It operates in three segments: Electrical, Power, and Industrial Technology.
- Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production
- Work with Production Managers and Supervisors to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design
- Lead Kaizen Teams to successful completion of targeted projects
- Monitor labor and material costs and inform management of excessive costs relating to project or product implementations
- Evaluate and implement Engineering Changes and Deviations for materials and processes.
- Lead periodic quality corrective and preventive action reviews, track the quality status of projects
- Adheres to PCX Quality Management System and ISO9001 standards
- Must be able to read and understand posted bulletins, regulations, rule books, manufacturer manuals, and work instructions
- Must follow PCX safety guidelines and requirements
- Must be able to work in a team environment which requires cooperating with others, offering help when needed, and maintaining positive work relationships
- Able to lift 50# consistently
- Ability to work 10 hours per day
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Background check and drug-screen are required
