Incumbent will physically work at our Central Accounting Office located at 2000 Waters Edge Dr, Johnson City, TN.

Who are we looking for?
Strongly preferred qualifications: 3 years of billing/accounting in the automotive dealership industry AND working knowledge of CDK
What will you do?
Responsibilities would include posting new and used car deals using CDK accounting software. Must have automotive accounting experience and be able to handle large volume. Experience with booking and finalizing deals, cleaning schedules and reconciling grosses. Will process bank contracts and deals efficiently. Assess documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts to verify documents according to dealership checklists, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in appropriate ledgers or computer files. Compile reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit & loss, and other pertinent items. Calculate and post employee commissions from records. Assisting others in the office when needed.
