Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Service Representative at Hudson Medical. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and maintaining knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures.

- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Insurance Verification and Medical Terminology knowledge
- Adaptability to new technology
