Remote Inside Sales Representative: Part Time Work From Home
Hudson Management Services is looking for talented and self-driven individuals to join our family of Work At Home Outbound Call Reps.
We are seeking confident individuals who are able to sell and secure memberships for a local foundation.

Initial Interview Requirement:
computer/laptop Windows 11 or higher (No chrome book or MAC), 2 monitors, high-
speed internet, headset, printer and webcam are in working order

Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls: Contacting potential customers or clients via phone.
Data entry: Recording call details, customer information, and outcomes in a CRM
system.
Achieving targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call volume or sales goals.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Sales skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Computer skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Professional telephone etiquette and techniques to secure qualified appointments for your client’s sales team

Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Typing speed of 50 WPM
Self-motivated and Detail-oriented
Confident and capable of working independently
Coachable and competitive spirit
Able to set and achieve personal goals
Call center experience a plus
CRM experience is a huge plus
