Parts Associate – Part Time

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Parts Associate to join our team at our Clayton location. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts look-up for outdoor power equipment and lawn tools
- Create and update parts orders in the point-of-sale system
- Communicate with service technicians to identify parts needed for repairs
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
- Follow up with customers regarding special orders and backorders
- Answer phones and provide prompt, courteous service
- Assist with inventory counts and returns as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in parts, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Basic knowledge of outdoor power equipment or a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for most of the shift
- Team player with a positive attitude
