We seek a friendly, upbeat, organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wappingers Falls. Candidates must have excellent communication, organization, and computer skills, be enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Support general administrative duties in the office as needed.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and food deliveries, including distributing snacks, beverages, fresh fruit, etc., to employees.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with another administrative professional to ensure supplies are ordered.
- Ensure kitchen supplies such as food and drinks are not running low, and place orders for supplies as needed or to a defined schedule.
- Make travel arrangements when necessary.
- Coordinate logistical details for onsite events - meeting rooms, AV setup, food & beverage, and rentals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the upkeep of conference rooms, common areas, etc.
- Coordinate with IT support to ensure issues are communicated via the company helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist with annual employee events, including holiday parties and summer events.
- Assist with mailings.
- Other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Position requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in office administration or similar.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).
