Property Management Company seeks property manager for full-time property manager position (40 hrs per week) at a new apartment complex located in Clarksville, TN.
This property is a new property and construction is set to be finished at end of 2024.
The position will work from a nearby office in Whites Creek, TN until construction is complete.
The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment.
- Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit property preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm).
- $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

- $35 monthly fuel reimbursement $15 monthly cellphone reimbursement is provided.
- Position is eligible for health, dental and life insurance after 60 days of employment. Paid time off and paid holidays also provided.
