Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist members via electronic communication channels with account and membership related questions
- Respond to electronic communications in a timely manner
- Assist in the opening of share, checking, term share, money market, HSA, and IRA accounts
- Assist in the closing of accounts as directed and requested by members
- Verify identity of members and mitigate risk of fraud and identity theft
- Perform file maintenance to update accounts and member contact information in the core system
- Answer member questions regarding credit union products and services
- Identify other products and services that may benefit the member
- Process payment, deposit, and transfer options on member accounts within the core system
- Process over the phone outgoing wire requests
- Collaborate with other branches and departments in the credit union to assist members
- Minimum of six months or more of similar or related experience
- Equivalent to a high school education
