EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Compliance/Sales Support Specialist in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position will be located at our office in Germantown, MD. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison for Hughes potential retailers while guiding them through the onboarding and qualification process. Instruct and enforce contractual obligations. Provide internal teams with business information on potential retailers to assist in the qualification process. Work cross-departmentally to proactively identify and resolve operational compliance issues. Support data-protection compliance. Undertake assigned compliance project work. Identify and report suspicious activity to relevant cross-functional teams. Provide ongoing support to retailers both during and after the onboarding process. Review the effectiveness of current processes and provide feedback that will aid in implementation strategies for optimal efficiency. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, contracts administration or related field or combination of education and experience 2 years or more of work experience in contracts Preferred Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a methodical manner with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently to manage assigned tasks to ensure daily targets are met. Team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a shared goal efficiently and effectively. Highly adaptable to a dynamic and evolving environment. Bilingual in Spanish. Demonstrated adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. Expertise in organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
