Capitol View Home Health Care is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant/Human Resource in the DC office.
Administrative Assistant/Human Resource we looking for an self-starter that will take initiative and be a team member.Job Responsibilities:
- Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains human resources records for employees
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Electronic filling.
- Handle inbound/outbound client/caregiver phone calls.
- Ensure services provided exceed the client's expectations.
- Data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Written and verbal communication skills

- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills

- Administrative writing and reporting skills

- Must be able to work in fast paced environment

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School/Bachelor’s degree and/or work equivalent
- One year of administrative support experience
- Scheduling experience
- Human Resource experience
- Home Care experience is a plus
