Role Summary:

Humata Health is seeking a talented and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in AI-driven healthcare solutions. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse, innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Exploratory Testing: Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and areas for improvement in our AI software applications.
  • Sprint Testing: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to test and accept work completed during each sprint, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
  • Regression Testing: Execute regression tests to verify the stability and functionality of the product before each release.
  • Bug Tracking: Document and track defects and inconsistencies found during testing, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the health tech or software industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
