Specific Responsibilities Of Customer Service Include
- Pricing/availability information (including existing specials).
- Providing order status information on demand.
- Order entry
- Expediting orders
- Fulfillment of warranty dispositions and delivery of service reports to customers, including but not limited to issuing/entering credits, entering repair/replace orders, writing reports, and following up with Engineering.
- Coordinate inside resources to address specific customer service problems.
- Maintain sales information database accuracy.
- Assure that policies and procedures are followed.
- Special assignments/tasks as assigned by Customer Service Supervisor.
- Additional clerical duties within and outside the department as required.
